A gentle breeze shimmers the night’s air as you dance
Hands trace the paths of night stars
The night drifts on, yet conversation is endless
A slight touch here, a hitch of static there
The noise of the night whisks away the sweet nothings that my voice feeds your mind
As the creaks of the mahogany bed mask the groans of our malignant pleasure
On your back, your skin speaks up, to what your lips won’t say.
And your other lips command me to do what nature is best at doing
Our wills bend to the motion of our movement, barely taking heed
Our bodies bend to the wills of our minds, senses flying out of reach
To the end of our rope and back, fingers dance as sighs flutter.
And ropes of our love churned liquids start to roll on the brinks of our desires
Waves crash upon each other as our minds spin
Prance and sputter, our shores resign back from their memorable sin
Beating hearts sped to race, our breathing slows as we catch our breaths
The night's sigh shimmering the spot where we danced.
